I wasn’t sure who to send this to but I wanted to let you guys know how awesome Lance was.  This was an install that one of our internal technicians did, so it’s never easy coming in to finish up some punch list items after another technician.  Not only did he follow the directions to a T but he was great at communicating with myself and the customer.  Helzberg is one of our pickiest customers and everything has to be perfect.  My contact from their Corporate Loss Prevention even emailed me to let me know how great he was to work with not only her but the associates at the store. That means a LOT to myself and Interface both, I can’t thank him enough because the technicians onsite really represent us as a company good or bad.  When someone really takes pride in their work and does a fantastic job I always want to make sure to let them know.
